He's now a board-credentialed life and mental well-being coach by the International Coaching Federation and American Council on Exercise.
He empowers physicians, healthcare leaders, and health tech founders to build mental fitness, emotional resilience, and healthy stress coping habits for high performance at work.
He has a documented track record of supporting many clients on their wellness journeys. He combines his lived experiences, coaching skills, and almost a decade of clinical experience to help his clients.
